Fine cyclists for not using cycle paths when one is practical and provided
As a road fund liscence paying motorist, and professional driver, I am becoming more and more infuriated by being held up in slow moving traffic for long period's only to find it is being caused by a cyclist riding along the middle of the road, when there is a perfectly good cycle path a short hop up the curb from them, the country is almost in grid-lock, the more that can be done to reduce hold ups on the roads the better, and by enforcing the use of cycle paths for cyclists, maybe with the same fine I would recieve for driving in a cycle lane, this would go a long way to helping ease traffic on our over congested roads.
