I would like to put it to Her Majesty's Treasury that it is time to create a REAL financial incentive for the resident population to favour the purchase of British goods and products, both for the benefit of the environment AND the economy.
I am no expert in matters of national finance, but by example would suggest a lower tier of VAT on home produce?
