The Prime Minister, to chair a COBRA meeting to resolve the NHS crisis
Unnecessary deaths are occurring because of the crisis engulfing the NHS.
The Prime Minister needs to declare the current crisis an emergency and look at ways of saving lives.
A COBRA meeting should be called and the Prime Minister needs to act now to respond to this current situation.
