Change cut off point so mothers of stillborn babies receive a birth certificate
In the UK if you have a still birth before 24 weeks then you will not receive a birth certificate, the anguish caused by the lack of acknowledgment for these babies is apparent in every childless mother. This simple piece of paper is proof that our babies did exist other than in our memories.
