Mums of still born babies to be able to apply for birth certificates
I and others I've spoken about this with think it's wrong that mothers can naturally give birth to their baby before a certain amount of weeks and be refused for a birth certificate like the baby never existed. If a baby had a heart beat then they should have a birth certificate.
