Force the legal separation of ticketing companies from ticket resale companies.
Allowing ticketing companies to own related companies which can resell tickets at a higher price has an inherent conflict.
The ticketing companies have no interest in selling all tickets at original face value as they will inflate their profits by selling them through their related businesses.
