Stop sending millions to India & Pakistan if they are spending on rocket testing
I keep reading that India & Pakistan are building & testing rockets. Why then are we sending overseas aid to them when this money could be better re-allocated to countries who need it more.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
We're not sure exactly what action you'd like the UK Government or Parliament to take. You could start a new petition asking for no overseas aid to be sent to any country with a space programme, if that's what you would like to happen.
