Make it compulsory that all visitors to the UK must have medical insurance.
All visitors to the UK must have or or purchase medical insurance at the arrival airport or port, or they will be refused entry and sent back to their place of departure. The NHS is for our taxpayers not tourists or visitors so any treatment must be paid for by them.
