Make it illegal for Landlord to discriminate against people on Housing Benefits

Petition Details

Most private landlords, letting agancies and even mortgage companies stipulate in their terms and conditions, that the house can not be rented to anyone on benefits. With very low stock of social housing this has created a housing crisis for poorer people and families.

Additional Information

This is discrimination against a group of people, based on an assumption of negative traits and should be declared illegal.
