Call a referendum for the UK to remain a member of the European Economic Area
On 23rd June 2016, the United Kingdom has voted by a narrow majority to leave the EU
The PM has recently announced the UK will not seek to retain full access to the European Internal Market, hence withdrawing from the EEA as well
This decision should be put in front of the electorate
On the 23rd May, the British electorate decided to leave the European Union on a straight in or out question.
No third option was given, neither the campaign or the government clearly defined the vote would also affect the membership of the European Economic Area.
The British electorate should be given a clear and definitive say about the government negotiating strategy and choose whether or not to retain membership of the European Economic Area.
