Repeal all of Section 40 of the Crime and Courts Act
If Section 40 is allowed to be implemented it would mean that any publications that don't sign up to state regulation (such as Impress) would have to pay the other party's legal fees in a court case EVEN IF THEY HAVE WON. This would severely hinder freedom of the press, particularly state criticism.
