Right to buy from housing association with full discount make housing accessible
We have Right to buy which provides you discount if you have lived in council property for over 3 years.
We can get up to 50% discount of property
Like if you lived in council property for 15 years you are eligible for 45% Discount
£150000 * 45 / 100 = 67,500 you pay only £82,500

We would like the government to provide the same discount for Right to Acquire as Right to Buy. This will help lot of people to get on property ladder and easily accessible especially for younger generation as they are eligible if they have lived in the household. With rise in rent and housing prices this would be best option for lower to middle class to become owners
