15 hrs free childcare payable to registered childminders related to child.
My grandson may miss out on his 15 hrs free childcare because as an ofsted registered childminder & his grandma I wasn't allowed to provide his free 15 hrs . Both his parents & I think it's wrong that because I'm related I'm not allowed to provide the 15 hours he is ENTITLED TO BY LAW .
