Extend the Oyster system to include Hemel Hempstead.
Hemel Hempstead is a fast growing commuter town only 30 minutes from London. With London property prices rising fast more and more people are using Hemel as their base to work in London. Extending Oyster from Watford will make travel easier and more economical, assisting local economy growth.
This was last reported to be in discussion in 2013. Due to large population growth it's time to bring this back into discussion.
This would also bring all stations between Watford and Hemel Hempstead into the Oyster system.
