All car drivers should be made to do a CPC course like professional drivers.
Driving on today's roads are very challenging and dangerous, when I was recently in a speeding awareness course, 19 out of 20 people where totally clueless about lots of rules and regulations from the highway code, everybody must be retrained for everybody's safety
