Improve category 1 plug in car grants after March 2017 review
Category 1 electric vehicle technology is taking off. These cars can now give around 300 miles in range, matching the average internal combustion engine. These electric cars are becoming more attractive to buyers. In order to help the UK beat and exceed emission targets, ev's must be promoted.
