The Department of Transport's failure to address dangerous pollution levels
Legislation needs to be put in place now to control polluting HGV's, cars and an uncontrollable licensing of mini cabs to the point where it is unsafe to simply go outside because of the high level of particulates caused mainly by diesel engines. Something should have been done already
