Make it mandatory for street lights to utilize motion sensors to turn them on.

Petition Details

I believe that there is no need for street lights to be turned on when they are not in use. This is a waste of energy. My solution for this is to make it mandatory for street lights to incorporate motion sensors to activate them, therefore will only be turned on when they will be utilized.
