Compulsory National Service
Bring back National Service. All school leavers, male and female, should be required to complete National Service for a period of 6 months to a year.
This would instill diligence, respect and a sense of morality into the youth of today. It would undoubtedley reduce anti social behaviour and counter the yob culture of today. It may also encourage those who enjoy it to take up a career in the armed forces.
