Get a 92 year old war veteran knighted.
I know a wonderful gentleman by the name of James Wilkin Nelmes, he is 92 years old, he joined the army in the parachute regiment at the age of 17 years old. he served in the second world war and many more too, he also received the rank of lance corporal.
over the duration of service he received 3 medals,
The Italy Star
British Star
Palestine
but his regiment were refused the Greece medal which I would like him to receive too, I will be writing a letter to the Prime Minister and the Queen too, he is the last remaining member from his regiment.
I believe this gentleman has earned and I believe he deserves the right to be knighted for his services to the army, to his country and to the queen.
