Inter-Transfer Local Government & Civil Service Posts

I call on H.M Government to all Local Government & Civil Service Departments (Inc NDPB's) to be able to Transfer Jobs/Posts as at current this dose not happen.

Both Local Government & the Civil Service work very hard for the Taxpayer and a lot of posts are under threat due to Budget Cuts.

With the ongoing Civil Service Recuritment Ban and a need to get the best staff in posts there is scope from Local Government Staff to fill any gaps in the Civil Service and like-wise for Civil Service Staff.

This would save money on Recruitment (External) and bring together Local/national Government.
