Abolish the Supreme Court as it favours politics over law.
Neither a free society nor a sovereign Parliament needs a court that impedes the freely expressed will of the people. The Supreme Court has allowed the pursuit of politics by unelected, unrepresentative, unaccountable and - the next thing - anonymous means.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
It's clear that you'd like the Supreme Court to be abolished, but it's not clear who you would like to take over its role as the final court of appeal. We're not sure whether you'd like this role to return to the Law Lords in the House of Lords, who acted as the final court of appeal before the Supreme Court was created in 2009, or whether you would like something different to happen.
