Make Gina Miller a Dame of the British Empire (DBE) for services to democracy.
Owing to her brave and determined action, Gina Miller has made legal history by proving that no one in the UK, including government, is above the law.
In such a landmark action she has successfully established a democratic constitutional settlement hitherto unknown in the UK.
See her successful case to insist that the UK government must consult Parliament before triggering article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty to facilitate the UK leaving the European Union. Upheld by the Supreme Court on 24th of January 2017.
