Publish a White Paper on the Brexit plan before Parliament's vote on Article 50

Petition Details

The Government should be transparent and accountable to Parliament with regards to its plans for negotiations to exit the EU. A White Paper setting out its plans should be published to enable proper debate in Parliament before the vote on triggering Article 50.
