Make a legal graffiti wall in Salisbury, Wiltshire
Salisbury has graffiti all over, all in the wrong places! We need a legal place to be allowed to do our own individual art peices so its not being done in illegal places! Salisbury is probably one of very few cities that doesn't have one.
