Assaults on emergency personnel the same penalty as assaulting a police officer

Petition Details

Members of the emergency services are being assaulted. This should not be tolerated and should be felt with as severely as Assaulting a Police Officer. This type of abuse must be severely dealt with.

Additional Information

Having known personnel in the emergency service and hearing they are abused nearly everyday. We have a duty to support them like they do us, when we need them to save our lives.
