No Child Benefit Paid If Father's Name Is Not On The Birth Certificate.

Additional Information

Girls are having babies to secure them an easy life. Some do it just to be provided with a home. If they only received benefits if the father's name is on the birth certificate, it would make life for a single mother look much less attractive to those seeing a baby as a meal ticket.
