Legislation to ensure all employees in companies in the uk can have representation of their choice in formal company procedures

Additional Information

Legislation should be put into place to ensure that all companies should allow representations of an employees choice in all grievance and Disciplinary procedures ... currently a company will allow a person to accompany an employee in the process but not give representation ... this can put an employee at a disadvantage if their company does not recognise a trade union ...
