Balance the petition system by allowing people to sign both for and against.

Petition Details

I'm calling for the petition system to take both for and against votes while retaining the 100,000 signatures needed.
This way overall public opinion will drive the need for a response or parliamentary debate.
The current system does not give a voice to those people who agree with something.
