Petition Action

Give the UK electorate a yes/no vote on the final negotiated EU exit settlement.

Petition Details

The British public should have the final say on whether we regard the negotiated EU exit settlement to be in the best interests of the UK. This should be done prior to the UK leaving the EU so that it is truly representative of our wishes as the people of the United Kingdom.

Additional Information

In the event of a "yes" vote, Parliament will continue to set aside our membership of the EU. In the event of a "no" vote, Article 50 of the Lisbon treaty will be revoked and the UK will continue it's membership of the EU.
