Stop closing public byways during the winter months across the United Kingdom
Closures of public byways is a nuisance and inconvenience to 4x4 hobbyists and enthusiasts

We can't accept your petition because the UK Government and Parliament aren't responsible for the issue you raise. The decision to close public byways during the winter appears to be one taken by your local council, and not the UK Government.
