Stop farming vehicles from travelling in rush hour
As a regular commuter living in a rural area, there is nothing more annoying that being stuck in a queue of traffic behind a tractor/sit on grass cutter.
I would like to propose that vehicles of this sort, or any vehicle that does less than 40mph should not be allowed to travel on the main road between the hours of 6.30am and 9.30am then from 3.30pm to 7pm.
If this proposal is accepted then the daily commute to work for people living in the rural area will be greatly improved.
