Make armed forces pay similar or inline with those in public services.
The fact that the armed forces personnel are away from families and loves ones and are only on or around £19000 p/a. This is with no overtime rates and to work unsociable hours and long periods of time away. Commitment bonuses are lessoning and and advance trade pay is non existent to better the job
