Debate possibility that the "Peoples Will" has changed since Scotland Referendum
In 2014 the Scottish public voted to Remain a part of the UK and it is increasingly evident that the full implications were not considered regarding Remain in the run-up to the referendum.
Numerous polls suggest there would now be a clear majority to Leave.
Any such debate should be before any Brexit implications debate as this referendum was in 2014 and the EU Leave/Remain vote was in 2016.
