To not prevent President Donald Trump from making a State Visit to the U.K..
This is a counter to the other petition. It will be far more embarrassing to Her Majesty to withdraw an invitation already proffered. President Trump’s Executive orders are the business of the U.S. Government and any issues should be discussed between them and the U.K. Government.
The new U.S. President’s governance is still developing and needs time to do so. It is not the place of unsuccessful “remainers” to now focus on undermining the prospects of the U.K. and U.S. relationship. The likes of Tim Farron, Nick Clegg, Jeremy Corbyn, Diane Abbott, and the BBC’s Laura Kuenssberg risk the potential economic benefits of a bi-lateral trade agreement for the sake of their own selfish, myopic, beliefs. These people are all paid by the public but have no regard for the public.
You can't sign this petition because it was rejected. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
There's already a petition about this issue. We cannot accept a new petition when we already have one about a very similar issue.
You are more likely to get action on this issue if you sign and share a single petition.
