Electoral Eligibilty test with voting age lowered to 16.

Additional Information

Legislation which requires, alongside the existing process, prospective voters to take a test consisting of around 6 to 12 basic questions related to political figures, citizenship and constitutional arrangements to be come eligible to vote. Only a small proportion of correct answers are needed to 'pass'. This will increase political participation, prevent ill-informed and fashion voting and therefore increase legitimacy. This change will be accompanied by legislation lowering the voting age to 16.
