The Tax Credits Office is not fit for purpose, and needs serious reform

Additional Information

The Tax Credit Office is failing families and causing undue financial and emotional hardship to the very people it is designed to assist. There is a complete inability to deal correctly with correspondence, issues when they arise, and complaints. The Government must initiate reforms to deal with these shortcomings.
