Stop outstanding council tax debt being passed onto Debt collection agencies and Bailffs.
If anyone in the UK has or is experiencing any kind of financial difficulties then passing the debt to any Debt collection agency or Bailffs incur extra cost to which adds extra stress and anxiety.
