The next generation will have to cope with the result of Brexit, and so should be able to vote on it.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:

We're not sure what you mean by "vote on Brexit". At the moment, there is no further public vote planned on the UK's exit from the EU. You could start a new petition asking for a new public vote on the UK's exit from the EU, and for people over the age of 11 to be allowed to be allowed to vote in that process.
