To save Action Petz from having to close and be relocated due to a complaint
Action Petz have received a complaint from a single nearby home in tremorfa Cardiff due to the noise of dogs barking. They are faced with a £500 daily fine or they close and relocate elsewhere (not yet decided on location).
As a dog owner myself and regular customer to action Petz, there is nothing better than to have the reassurance of knowing my dog is playing non a safe environment with other friendly playful dogs. Very rarely do the dogs bark, and if they do, it's out of excitement which is great to hear!
To close the park to all of its hundreds of customers due to one single complaint is beyond me and feel this is completely wrong of Cardiff Council to make this decision.
