Change the rules on creating and signing a petition being Just a few clicks.
It is far too easy to create and sign a petition, as i am demonstrating. There is 'social media pressure' applied facilitated by it being so easy to share.
The creator of a petition has so little to do and should have to put much more effort in to get it going.
