legalize the medical and recreational use of cannabis with the use of dispensary
legalize the medical and recreational use of cannabis for people over the age of 21, Tax it at the same time let the money go back to the Goverment and out of the drug dealers hands. It is not if we ever legalize it, it is when we legalize it. lets stop people going to prison over a plant
