Bring back the YTS scheme for the many small businesses.
I am a blacksmith (I am 54), i would love to pass on my skills and keep teach a young person the ropes, however as a small business myself, we just break even as i have invested all our profit into new equipment, i looked into having an apprentice and its currently impossible
