Reduce the rate of income Tax for families earning below £40000

Additional Information

When Families, working full time, can name employers, work patterns and earn less than £40000 Per annum, and have been employed for a period of time, for example 2 years, their rate of Income tax should be reduced by a quarter. This provides an incentive.
