All potholes on residential roads to be filled by the end of 2017
I have lived down a residential road for many years, potholes constantly appear and are never filled in. Despite numerous complaints to the local council, no action has ever been taken. When action is taken, the process is extremely slow.

Local roads are the responsibility of local councils, not the UK Government or Parliament.
You could start a new petition asking the Government to provide more funding for local councils to spend on repairing potholes.
