Regulate builders to stop the cowboys

Additional Information

The UK has a major problem of cowboy builders that has been going on for years and years with no resolution. The building trade should be regulated as poor work can result in not only financial loss, but injury or even death.

The body that regulates them should have the power to have them struck off as is the case with incompetent doctors for example.
