Ban vans from the third lane of motorways
I find that as vans have become much more sporty they often use the second overtaking lane of motorways. If you are driving a car or motorcycle in this lane and a van pulls out in front of you, you can't see through or round it.
This is from personal experience and talking to friends and colleagues
