Support Scotland in having a second referendum to leave the UK

Petition Details

Should Scotland decide to leave the UK, it would reduce Westminsters Parliamentary seats by 59 Westminster
Thus saving English, Welsh and Northern Irish tax payers substantial amounts of money
It would also allow the Scots to have full Autonomy
