Right tostrike in essential services replaced by referralto adjudication service
For too long commuters/patients/the public have been the victims of protracted disputes between the unions of essential service providers and local/central government employers. Strikes are a primitive/inefficient way of resolving disputes and should be replaced by a binding adjudication service
