National insurance lottery to raise money for the care of the elderly
Why not have a National Insurance lottery link useing the 6 digits out of an individuals NI number, With every employed and self employed individual paying £1 with a chance to win One Million.
There are an estimated 62 Million employed people in Britain! this would raise over 60 Million per week to care for the eldery in care.
